1. Who We Are

Wise Revenue Company LLC ("Wise Revenue Co.," "we," "us," or "our") is an Oregon limited liability company. Address: 5441 S Macadam Ave Ste N, Portland, OR 97239. Email: aaron@wiserevenueco.com.

Wise Revenue Co. operates managed call-center and inside-sales programs on behalf of home services brands ("Client Brands"). When you submit information to a Client Brand's intake form, schedule an appointment, or receive a call from us, Wise Revenue Co. and the Client Brand are joint controllers/processors of the resulting information for purposes of contacting you about that brand's services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, phone number, email address, mailing address
  • Property details relevant to a service inquiry (e.g., approximate square footage, project type, timeline)
  • Appointment preferences and scheduling information
  • Free-text comments or messages
  • Consent records (timestamp, IP address, user agent, form ID, session ID, the exact consent text shown to you at submission, and the version of that text)

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage information (pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referring URL)
  • IP address and approximate geolocation derived from IP
  • Cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies (see Section 7)

Information from third parties:

  • Lead and consumer-data providers used for outbound prospecting (e.g., property records, demographic indicators)
  • Client Brands and their authorized vendors when a lead is shared with us for fulfillment
  • Communications platforms used to place calls or send messages, which return delivery status and engagement signals

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Contact you, by phone, text message (SMS/MMS), prerecorded or artificial voice, automated dialing, and email, regarding home services products and offers from the Client Brand associated with your inquiry
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments
  • Provide the call-center, inside-sales, and dispatching services that Client Brands have contracted us to operate
  • Maintain proof-of-consent records for legal compliance
  • Improve our website, marketing, scripts, and operations
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as described here:

With the Client Brand associated with your inquiry. If you submitted a form or accepted a call about a specific home services brand, we share your information with that brand and its authorized service partners so that brand can fulfill your inquiry, schedule work, send confirmations, and meet its own legal obligations. The Client Brand has its own privacy policy that may also apply to your information once it is in their hands.

With service providers acting on our or the Client Brand's behalf, including: dialer and contact-center platforms, CRM and workflow tools, communications carriers and SMS aggregators, calendar and scheduling tools, hosting and analytics providers, and proof-of-consent storage. These vendors are contractually limited to processing information for the purposes we direct.

With professional advisors, including legal counsel, auditors, accountants, and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.

To comply with law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful requests, or to protect our rights, property, safety, or that of our personnel, Client Brands, or the public.

In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer to the successor entity subject to this Policy.

5. Communications and TCPA Notice

By submitting a form or otherwise providing your phone number with consent, you authorize the relevant Client Brand and Wise Revenue Co. (as the brand's marketing partner and dialing agent) to contact you at the number provided, including by:

  • Automatic telephone dialing systems
  • Artificial or prerecorded voice messages
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)
  • Email

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically two to eight messages per month per active inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop messages: Reply STOP to any text message at any time, ask the agent to remove you during a call, or email aaron@wiserevenueco.com with "OPT OUT" and the phone number to remove. For help: Reply HELP to any text message or contact aaron@wiserevenueco.com.

If you have not provided consent or have revoked consent, we will not use automated dialing, prerecorded or artificial voice, or SMS/MMS to contact you for marketing purposes.
