Wise Revenue Co. operates managed call-center, inside-sales, scheduling, and dispatching programs on behalf of Client Brands. When you contact, or are contacted by, a representative associated with a Client Brand, that representative may be a Wise Revenue Co. agent acting on the brand's behalf.
Wise Revenue Co. does not directly sell, install, or service home improvement products. The Client Brand is the seller and service provider for any goods or services you ultimately purchase. The Client Brand's own terms, warranties, and disclosures govern any purchase you make.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, submit a form, or consent to receive communications from us.
If you submit a form, schedule an appointment, or otherwise provide your phone number with the associated consent checkbox or equivalent affirmative action, you consent to receive communications from the relevant Client Brand and from Wise Revenue Co. (as the brand's marketing partner and dialing agent), including by:

The site, brand assets, copy, design, and all content provided by Wise Revenue Co. are owned by Wise Revenue Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The "Wise Revenue Co." name and the company logo are trademarks of Wise Revenue Company LLC. Other marks belong to their respective owners.
The site references and communications include references to third-party Client Brands and to vendors we use to deliver services (e.g., dialer, CRM, calendar, SMS aggregator). Client Brands and vendors have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their conduct or content beyond what we directly control.
THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Wise Revenue Co. does not guarantee that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Wise Revenue Co. makes no representations about the products, services, or pricing of any Client Brand. Any purchase you make is between you and the Client Brand under their terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISE REVENUE CO. AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, ANY COMMUNICATIONS, OR ANY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WISE REVENUE CO.'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES TO YOU AS A SITE VISITOR OR LEAD WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence).
You agree to indemnify and hold Wise Revenue Co. harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
To the extent a Client Brand's own terms apply to a transaction with that Client Brand (e.g., a contract to purchase windows), that Client Brand's terms (including any dispute-resolution clauses) govern your relationship with that Client Brand, not these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
